Where’s The Feedback?!
Stop avoiding feedback. Stop sugarcoating it. Stop saying WTF at work.
Where’s The Feedback is a 12-week, competency-based leadership certification that teaches leaders how to give, receive, and use feedback in real situations without burning people out or blowing up relationships.
This is not:
A lecture series
Passive learning
A “check-the-box” certificate
Certification is earned, not given.
You don’t get certified for showing up, you get certified for demonstrating the skills.
Who This Certification Is For
Where’s The Feedback is for leaders who are realizing their biggest leadership problems aren’t people problems. They’re feedback problems.
This program is designed for:
New or emerging leaders who want to increase confidence with giving feedback
Frustrated leaders who keep avoiding hard conversations
Founders and senior leaders who recognize culture issues are often feedback issues
Current leaders who want to learn to flex their feedback style to meet people where they are. (It's exhausting to keep saying, “They should know better…”)
The Problem We’re Solving
First, this is not your fault.
Most leaders were never taught how to give effective feedback. They were promoted for being good at their jobs, handed a team, and expected to figure it out.
Many leaders find themselves:
Avoiding feedback to protect relationships
Watching small issues turn into big ones because no one addressed them clearly
Giving feedback too late, after frustration builds
Using vague or “nice” language that changes nothing
Getting blindsided by performance issues they thought were handled
Wondering why work feels like Groundhog Day where the same issues seem to occur on repeat

Where’s The Feedback exists to interrupt this cycle.
Instead of:
Avoidance → You handle it now, not three months too late.
Sugarcoating → You say what needs to be said, clearly and professionally.
Guesswork → You eliminate ambiguity and raise the bar.
“Hoping” they get it → You verify, reinforce, and follow through.
Feeling stuck or inefficient → You build a high-performing team that thrives on feedback!
What You’ll Be Certified In
Participants develop feedback as a real, observable leadership skill.
By the end of the program, certification reflects your demonstrated ability to:
Give direct and clear feedback
Receive feedback without defensiveness
Address repeated issues without needing HR on speed dial
Apply feedback in real workplace conversations
Repair trust when feedback doesn’t land well
Build and sustain a feedback-driven culture where expectations are clear, accountability is normal, and performance conversations aren’t avoided

Hi, I’m Kristen. I’m so glad you’re here!
I’ve sat in the tension of conversations that should’ve happened months earlier, and I’ve seen strong teams erode when expectations aren’t clear and feedback doesn’t happen soon enough. I’ve had to level up my own delivery, too. That’s why I created Where’s the Feedback?!
Leadership isn’t about being liked. It’s about being clear, consistent, and courageous. If you’re ready to stop walking on eggshells and start building a culture where feedback is intentional, productive, and just another part of your day, you’re in the right place.

Q & A
The Founders Round kicks off Monday, May 11th at 6 PM. The 12-week program meets weekly on Mondays from 6:00–7:30 PM, with any holiday conflicts rescheduled to an alternate day that week.
The program runs for 12 weeks. Each week includes a brief pre-session reflection or scenario submission, one 90-minute live group session (via Teams), a “homework” assignment to apply skills in real conversations at work, and occasional 1:1 meetings as needed to demonstrate skills competency.
Life happens. All live sessions are recorded, so you’ll still be able to review the content and stay on track. That said, you’ll get the most out of the program by attending regularly so you can participate in the practice, coaching, and discussion. If a session includes an activity, you’ll receive guidance on how to complete it so you can continue progressing through the program.
If feedback already feels easy, consistently lands well, and reliably changes behavior, this program probably isn’t for you.
But if feedback feels heavy, avoided, delayed, sugar coated, or emotionally charged – this is exactly what you need!
A Hot Seat is a live coaching segment where one participant brings a real leadership challenge and we work through it in real time using the feedback frameworks from the program. Think of this as a “role play.”
That’s completely normal. Role plays are practical, structured, and focused on skill-building, not performance or embarrassment. You’ll never be forced into anything, but growth requires practice, and this is a supportive space to build confidence before having the real conversation at work. Trust me, this is where the magic happens!
You’ll still learn. Watching others work through real scenarios builds pattern recognition and confidence you can apply to your own team immediately.
